Yin Yoga allows you to slow down and relax into a shape, alleviating stress and restoring energy levels. This practice uses a more meditative approach of turning inward to improve flexibility, boost circulation, and reduce tension by targeting the connective tissues and meridians of the subtle body.

A desire for balance and harmony led me to practice yoga over 15 years ago. Finding ways to incorporate self-care, mindfulness, movement, and divinity into my life were the pillars I sought to continue to be the best version of myself and serve my community.
Yoga philosophy, inner teachings, and Ayurveda have always held a special interest, and the 200-hour training helped me gain more awareness of my physical body. I added a reiki certification in 2021 and continue to explore other healing modalities in addition to respecting our planet and living with the natural rhythms of the seasons and moon cycles.
My approach to the asanas, or shapes, emphasizes function over form, the breath as the medium for movement, and the use of repetition into and out of the postures. My calm and tranquil demeanor provides a complimentary backdrop as I hold a healing space in class for you to explore—a strong focus on slowing down and calming the parasympathetic nervous system.
